Emertronic — a Polish manufacturer of warning systems

Siren speakers for emergency vehicles

The speaker is what actually determines the siren's reach — the amplifier delivers power, but the driver turns it into sound. THUNDER compression speakers (100 W RMS, 11 Ω, 122 dB @ 1 m) are designed and tuned for EMCORE amplifiers: an in-house voice coil, a neodymium motor and ferrofluid in the gap.

THUNDER TS-100F and TSR-100F

TS-100F (ABS + aluminum housing, IP66) mounts behind the grille or on the bumper on the A2 L-bracket. TSR-100F, in a round aluminum housing, is picked for builds with limited space — identical acoustics, without the IP66 rating. Both are 11 Ω / 100 W speakers (150 W peak), 500 Hz – 5 kHz band.

Four engineering decisions, not marketing

An in-house voice coil (full control of power handling), a band tuned to the amplifier, a neodymium magnet (higher SPL at the same current draw) and ferrofluid cooling the gap — a neodymium siren speaker that stays clean without power compression in continuous duty.

REZON low-frequency speaker

The dedicated low-band driver: 100 W RMS (200 W peak), 180–500 Hz band, polypropylene cone, 8 Ω impedance — designed for the REZON / REZON PLUS+ modules.

  • For EMCORE ULTRA and MICRO we recommend THUNDER TS-100F (behind-grille/bumper mounting, IP66) or TSR-100F (compact round housing). The 11 Ω impedance matches the output stage of Emertronic amplifiers.

We will match a configuration to your vehicle.
