Light and siren system controllers
The system controller ties an emergency vehicle's lights and sound into one system operated from the cab. In the Emertronic ecosystem the operator's console is the EMCORE control head (high-current channels up to 6×10 A), while power distribution inside the bars is handled by STB-series controllers (2–16 channels, R10 approval).

An adaptive system linking the light and sound paths: the lamps match their light mode to the siren tone in real time — intense en route, calm on scene, soft at night. The operator runs the action, the light keeps up by itself.

The EMCORE control head — one console for lights and siren
A personalized backlit silicone keypad runs every function: a 6-channel ×10 A light controller (Σ 30 A) in ULTRA, day/night mode of the warning lamps (automatic from the sensor or manual), and a PURSUIT button that engages full signaling in one press. The control head with microphone also handles public address (PA).
Functions for operational vehicles
Stealth control for unmarked vehicles (automatic detection and blackout), hands-free siren mode — tones change from the horn ring without taking hands off the wheel, with short- and long-press horn control. A 12 V and 24 V light controller on one platform.
STB controllers and CAN integration
Inside REMEDY bars run STB2 / STB4 / STB12L / STB16L controllers (2–16 channels, R10) — also available as spare parts. A special-vehicle CAN controller integrates the signaling with the vehicle and body bus: the bar, advisor and amplifier respond to CAN frames without extra wiring.

Not if the system is built around EMCORE — its 10 A high-current channels power and switch the bar, directional lights and advisor directly. The separate STB controllers work inside the bar and are selected by us at the configuration stage.
