• We have a tender specification — will you help us match a system?

  Yes, that is our daily work: send the tender specification and we will match the system to the requirements — item by item, naming the product, configuration and possible equivalents. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

• What type-approval documents do we get for the bid?

  For a tender bid we compile: ECE R65 and R10 type-approval documents (E20 certificates), declarations of conformity and the datasheets of the configuration. R65/R10 signaling with documentation is our delivery standard, not a paid extra.

• Can we offer your product as an equivalent to another manufacturer's item?

  If the specification describes the signaling by parameters (power, R65 category, channel count, lettering), we select an equivalent from our platform and demonstrate equivalence in a parameter table. We never declare compliance that testing does not confirm — that protects your bid from rejection.

• Do you deliver the complete set: bar + amplifier + speaker?

  Yes — a complete light-and-sound set from one manufacturer: the bar, directional lights, amplifier, speakers and wiring from one factory, synchronized and covered by a single manufacturer's warranty. The question of “who answers for the devices working together” disappears.

• What terms do upfitters and wholesalers get?

  We work as an OEM supplier without break-even thresholds counted in thousands of units: configuration per fleet, constant parts availability from stock, technical support at the first build and team training. Commercial terms are agreed individually.
