LED light bars for emergency vehicles
An LED light bar is the core of an emergency vehicle's roof signaling — it provides 360° coverage in category T of ECE Regulation 65. Emertronic manufactures low-profile light bars with ECE R65 class 2 type approval (legible in full daylight) in lengths from 500 to 2000 mm, configured for the specific vehicle and body.

REMEDY TRI-LITE — a low-profile bar with up to 3 colors
The REMEDY TRI-LITE platform combines a blue, red-blue, amber or tri-color bar in a single 50 mm profile — each color with its own type approval. Available from a short 500 mm mini bar up to 2000 mm, with modular fit-out: XR2 signal inserts, work lights, MD3 work-area lighting modules and an FL3 traffic advisor integrated into the bar.

The WL module lets you order a bar with POLICE, FIRE, AMBULANCE or any custom text — the illumination is part of the bar itself, with no add-on boxes. A frequent requirement in tender specifications for service vehicles.
Control: analog or CAN
A CAN-controlled light bar integrates with the vehicle bus and the EMCORE system; the analog variant works with conventional body switches. A built-in day/night sensor switches luminous intensity automatically, and synchronization with other Emertronic lamps runs over a single wire.
Applications
Light bars for police cars, ambulances and fire apparatus (tri-color), amber LED bars for road-maintenance and municipal services, bars for special vehicles in OEM builds. We select the R65 category and configuration together with the upfitter.

The acoustic path is handled by separate THUNDER TS-100F / TSR-100F speakers (100 W, 11 Ω) mounted behind the grille or on the bumper — the bar keeps its low 50 mm profile and aerodynamics. We supply the complete bar + amplifier + speaker set as a single-manufacturer system.
