Nor are we an assembly shop. We are an engineering team that designs, tests and manufactures signaling in Poland.
Every product starts here with a schematic and a PCB, not with a Far-East supplier’s catalog. So when an upfitter needs a different bar length, another flash pattern or CAN integration — we change the design instead of looking for excuses.
Our own GTEM chamber and photometric stations mean a prototype goes on the bench the same week it is built. EMC validation takes ≤5 days here — not ~6 weeks of waiting for a slot at an external lab. We iterate until the result has margin, not until it barely passes.
SMD/THT assembly, final build, programming and the end-of-line test of every unit happen in Czechowice-Dziedzice. No stage leaves for a subcontractor, so no defect comes back to us with a delay.
We pick LEDs from the center of the bin distribution (flux, tint, Vf), calculate thermals in CFD simulations and measure every flash pattern photometrically against R65 class 2. That is why a lamp from the second batch shines exactly like one from the first.
The direction is set by the real requirements of the services: equipment must work reliably, warn effectively and never disturb the vehicle, radio communications or other on-board systems. Every project starts from these criteria and is verified in testing — which is why our solutions hold up in daily service.
