Privacy policy

The controller of personal data is EMERTRONIC Michał Ściskała, ul. Nadwiślańska 23, 43-516 Zabrzeg, Poland, VAT ID PL6521747495, REGON 386843736 (the “Controller”). Contact for data-protection matters: office@emertronic.pl or by post to the registered office.

The contact form and e-mail / phone correspondence. We process the data provided in your inquiry: name or company name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and the message content. Purpose: handling the inquiry, preparing a quote and further commercial correspondence concerning the inquiry.

Server logs. The hosting server automatically records standard technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, browser). Purpose: security and service diagnostics.

Form anti-spam protection. The abuse-limiting mechanism stores only a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the IP address for at most 1 hour; the hash is not linked to the inquiry content or attached to the correspondence.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4). Only with your consent: an identifier assigned to your browser, approximate location (country / city based on a truncated IP address), device type, traffic source and the pages visited. Purpose: counting traffic and checking which products are viewed most. We run no behavioral advertising and no profiling — Google’s advertising features are permanently disabled here.

Form and correspondence data is processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract), and for archiving correspondence and defending against claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest). Server logs and anti-spam protection: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — service security. Visit statistics: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) and Art. 173 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law. You may withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Data is stored in the infrastructure of our hosting and e-mail provider — LH.pl sp. z o.o., Poznań, Poland — under a data-processing agreement. Data may be disclosed to entities authorized by law. If you consent to visit statistics, the recipient of that data is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as the provider of Google Analytics 4. We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Inquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the inquiry and then archived for up to 3 years from the end of the correspondence (the limitation period for business-related claims); if a contract is concluded — for the period required by tax and accounting law. Server logs are kept according to the hosting provider’s configuration. Anti-spam IP hashes — at most 1 hour. Statistical data in Google Analytics 4 — 14 months from the last visit (the shortest period the service offers); the record of your consent decision stays in your browser’s storage until you clear or change it.

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You have the right to data portability for data processed by automated means under a contract or consent (Art. 20 GDPR) and the right to withdraw consent to statistics at any time. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle the inquiry. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Without your consent the site stores nothing on your device other than the record of how you answered the statistics question. We use no marketing cookies, no remarketing and no profiling.

Statistics. After you consent, we start Google Analytics 4, which stores an identifier in your browser (the _ga and _ga_* cookies) for up to 2 years. Until you click “Accept”, the Google script is not loaded at all — so your browser makes no contact with Google’s servers. You can withdraw consent via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; withdrawal immediately stops the measurement and deletes those cookies.

The directions map. The Contact page embeds an OpenStreetMap map. Loading it connects your browser to a server of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives your IP address and browser type. Basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — presenting the location of our facilities.

Contact-form data, correspondence and hosting remain in Poland and are not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

If you consent to statistics, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Google LLC participates in the Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision. Loading the map on the Contact page connects to a server of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, based in the United Kingdom.

We make no decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

The policy may be updated as the service evolves (e.g. if a newsletter is launched) — every change will be published on this page. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails. As of: July 29, 2026.
